Refund policy
Because Toasty Polvo® is a food product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of being placed.
To request a cancellation, you must email info@toastypolvo.com within one hour of placing your order and include your order number.
After the one-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request submitted through phone, text message, social media, or any other channel will be received in time. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Damaged Orders, Shipping Issues, or Fulfillment Errors
If your order arrives damaged, there is an issue with the packaging, you receive the wrong item, or there is another shipping or fulfillment issue, you must notify us in writing by email at info@toastypolvo.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Phone calls, text messages, social media messages, and other forms of communication do not constitute notice of an order issue. All requests must be submitted by email.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Changes of mind or personal taste preferences after the one-hour cancellation window
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Packages confirmed as delivered that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or left unattended
- Products improperly stored or handled after delivery
- Issues reported more than seven (7) days after delivery
Preorders
Preorders reserve product from an upcoming Toasty Polvo® production batch.
Preorders may be canceled within one (1) hour of being placed by emailing info@toastypolvo.com with your order number.
After the one-hour cancellation window has passed, preorders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, because production is planned based on confirmed orders.
If there is a shipping, packaging, or fulfillment issue with a preorder, the policy above applies.
If Toasty Polvo® is unable to fulfill all or part of your preorder, we will contact you and refund the affected portion of your order.
