Toasty Polvo reimagines polvoron — a beloved Filipino shortbread — into modern, small-batch treats. Our signature Brown Butter Bites are rich, nutty, and melt-in-your-mouth, made with simple ingredients like toasted flour, brown butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla.

Founded by Maria Javier in Union, NJ, Toasty Polvo is inspired by heritage and fueled by joy. What began as a creative kitchen experiment turned personal when Maria learned her grandmother made polvoron back in the Philippines. Today, Toasty Polvo carries that tradition forward with a fresh twist.

In 2025, we debuted at the Summer Fancy Food Show, where Bon Appétit named our Brown Butter Bites a “Standout Snack.” Now found in specialty retailers across New York and New Jersey, Toasty Polvo is woman-owned, AAPI-founded, and proud to share comfort and joy in every bite.
