We’re thrilled to share a milestone moment for Toasty Polvo: our official debut at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, hosted by the Specialty Food Association.
This year, Toasty Polvo was part of Hudson Kitchen’s Incubator Row in the Debut District — a space that highlights emerging food brands ready to share their story and products with the world. For us, it meant introducing thousands of attendees to polvoron, a beloved Filipino shortbread cookie, reimagined through our signature Brown Butter Bites.
Polvoron is crumbly, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth — a nostalgic treat often shared during holidays and celebrations. At Toasty Polvo, we’ve elevated it with browned butter and small-batch care, creating something that feels both traditional and modern.
We’re proud to be woman-owned, AAPI-founded, and based in New Jersey, and this debut was more than just a booth at a trade show. It was a chance to showcase our heritage, meet retailers and distributors, and connect with a broader community of food lovers and innovators.
